Select the image file from an Explorer window and drag it to a PDF in Revu.The behavior described below is the default behavior. The drag-and-drop behavior of photos is controlled by the Photo Drag/Drop Behavior setting in Tablet Preferences. To review images embedded in a markup, click the embedded photo icon.
The image is embedded in the selected markup. Navigate to and select the image to be embedded and click Open.
Embedded video can only be viewed in Vu, Revu Windows 2015 or higher, or Revu Mac. Note: Embedded images can only be viewed in Vu, Revu Windows 12 or higher, or Revu Mac. To review images embedded in a markup, click the embedded media icon just below the markup or in the Capture column of the Markups list.Media embedded directly from the Camera tool automatically take the name of the markup's Subject, followed by a number as needed (for example, "Cracked Tile," then "Cracked Tile - 2," then "Cracked Tile - 3" and so on).To discard the media and capture it again, click Retake.The media is automatically embedded in the selected markup. To embed the captured media, click Use.Click the Shutter (for Photo) or Lens (for Video) icon to capture the media.To change the Camera Preferences before capturing the image or video, click the Preferences button in the lower-right corner.If more than one camera is attached to the device, click the Switch button to toggle between them, if desired.Select Photo (for an embedded image) or Video (for an embedded video) from the Media Type menu in the lower-left corner of the camera preview window.The camera preview window opens.Īlternatively, press CTRL+ALT+I or right-click the markup in which the image is to be embedded and go to Capture > From Camera.
